I have grown some leeks in trays in the greenhouse. They are now of a reasonable size to be planted out. I have never grown them before, what is the best way to get them ready for the outdoors and over what period of time? Thanks in advance.

WHY :?:

Pick a few cool days, when the gh is not boiling hot and plant out after that, don't put them in a windy spot.

And don't forget that the dibbing a hole and just dropping in the leek without back filling technique works really well
