bug - friend or foe to my strawbs?

do i need to get rid of them?  or can i leave them be? as far as i can see they are doing no harm. the strawberries are about the size of a medium thumb tip, so a couple -3 cm maybe.

(p.s - i love my new camera!!)

I don't know, but the strawberry frightened me more than the bug! :shock:

cheapy plants from lidls - probably what the scary factor is!!  taste sweeter than anything else i've tasted tho - even sweeter than our PYO.

thank you!  it's a panasonic lumix TZ3 - however they've just been discontinued because there's now a TZ5,  so if you can find one while they're going cheap like i did, it's worth it!

i'm so pleased with it.  i took that and then cropped it and the quality is still great when you zoom in on the image.

there's quite a few of them bob,  shield bugs are normally single aren't they?
