I have some sainsbury sticky barbecue marinade.  The definaition of marinade in the supermarkets seems to have changed from just soaking the food in marinade then cooking.

So I don't know wether to soak the chicken or cook it in the stuff.

Slash the chicken then let in sit in the marinade for an hour or two

Had to get dinner on so just put some over chicken breasts and baked for an hour.

Was very nice.
