I was wondering when i should harvest my Wilja 2nd Early potatoes i planted. How can i tell?

I tend to wait until they have flowered, or you can brush some of the soil back and have a look, not very technical but it works, when did you plant them btw as a rough guide it takes about 13 weeks for 2nd earlies
