A raspberry or another bramble?

this has appeared not too far from my raspberries - however it is a lot further away than the other new canes have grown around my original ones - plus when they grew they were green not red.

is it a weed bramble? am i looking after it and moving it later on or getting rid?

If it doesn't look like the other rasberry shoots then it's definitely blackberry, aka bramble.
I demand the right to buy seed of varieties that are not "distinct, uniform and stable".

But, it doesn't look like a bramble. Remember that berries grow from seed too the red hair look a bit like japanese wineberry so it might be that but bramble thorns look like rose thorns.

Looks a bit like the wild European bramble I posted a pic of a few weeks back.

They have cut leaves and very prickly stems and are not so vigorous as the usual ones.

But if it's in the wrong it's a weed, whatever it is  :)
