I've found that Greek haloumi cheese is a real success on a BBQ - grill it off, and add it to a pitta bread with salad and a drizzle of olive oil..mmmmm, I'm hungry now.

sorry about that I was trying to quote .  I am going to go to PC world next week and have a lesson with them.  I might even have a go at how to put photos up.  Mr. Wighty thought he was helping but he is as bad as me!

Did all that.

But the best thing was.....breakfast at the allotment
Eggs, bacon, sausages, scones and pancakes
Pancakes with Rhubarb compote. I know, I know, it's an American thing.

Lots of strong tea, marvellous, planning the same for next weekend

I've been BBQing all week!  My daughters think its great and will eat anything that comes off the grill!

we've had trout, salmon, beef, saugages (ofcourse) and burgers!!! and today at the shops i asked what her favorite bbq meal was so i could cook it as a treat and they both chanted 'fish fish fish!'

It's even been nice enough to have breakfast in the garden! so civilised
