[South Downs Wayer]

I'm on a fairly new very rough plot on the edge of a village.  the next plot has also been taken over recently.  The neighbour wants me to go 50/50 on a diesel rotavator, I think it might be a 14hp one.  I have been using my azada to clear the ground but am tempted to get one with him over a weekend.  Would you recommend doing this, as in would it do a good job? anybody.

14hp is a fairly powerful bit of kit,it would almost certainly do the job but would also break up any perrenial weeds ,are you going to weed it first ?
