These are in flower do I need to open the doors to let insects in to pollinate them ?

or give 'em a tickle with a soft brush if you don't want to leave the doors open .

Should do give each flower a gentle brush with a soft brush natural hairs are supposed to be better, and don't forget to give the first flower you did the last brush so it gets a share to.

Or put them outside, gradually.
Mine (last years runners) have been out all winter and are fine, growing well.
