cabbage'n'sprouts

Hi all, l've not long had my plot and want to put some cabbage and sprouts in but hav'nt had time to sort out a proper bed for them. Am l wasting my time or is it worth puting some in? any idea's?.. :?

Get them in, they will be fine, don't normally put my sprouts in until the begining of May and they stand over winter.

Grow them in seed trays until you get some space sorted for them.
