Mice in the greenhouse have had all my peas again.
Started, or tried to, them off earl in guttering. Two plants came up. Even though I've put poison down. And used seed that is supposed to be treated against mice.
To cap it all disturbed a mouse in the greenhouse today and did'nt have the bottle to stamp on it.

And could you block up the entrance at all ?

No the greenhouse borders are soil and the little * will just dig in anywhere. Last year I used traps and was catching one every time i went up, but they beat me with numbers, so i've tried poisoning this year.  Just cost me a lot more and they've still won.
I use pompost bins to recycle kitchen waste and i think this has a lot to do with it.

Only thing I can think to do is dig a trench round the egde and sink some slabs or something. Would be a hell of an effort but could be donea few feet at a time.

Doesn't sound like they're gonna go away. Or get a cat. even then they can only catch one at a time and soon lose interest.

Could do with someone like Munty or Bodger on the case.
