runny poo - ducks
« on: March 21, 2008, 18:25 »
Hello,

I am sure I have seen a query on here previously re: someone's ducks having liquid white poo.

Anyone know anything about what this might be as mine have developed this, alongside the normal poo too... Is this normal, am I quacking this up to something it isn't, getting all of a flap over nothing?

Otherwise the ducks seem very happy and healthy mainly fighting each other as they are two lone males missing a lady right now. Any help?

Thanks
Pegs
PS yes, am still planning on having them for dinner.. some day...

Ducks are notorious for having runny pooh and you must remember that the pooh and the urine come out of the same orifice and at the sametime with all birds.

thanks bodger - they are sadly due to turn into Sunday dinner next week (to be replaced by some egg-laying females) and I was a bit worried we might be about to poison our dinner guests with sickly roast duck! Which isn't really the done thing.
