Do a crumble as usual but keep back some of the juice (The really nice looking pink stuff).

Add to juice some Amaretto, Brandy, Orange juice, also add some sultana's and reduce, then pour back on to crumble and finally pour on custard or cream (Whatever you normally have with crumble).

I am not a drinker but WOW.
