Looking at the photos, the two seem to show different things, can you please describe the thing you have a question about?

The first photo, all I see are leaves that look more or less normal.

The second photo, I see a large stem that also has (what looks like) small leaf petioles on that big stem.  A little unusual, but I don't see a concern (others may have different opinions).
