All looking good, some as a big as an onion. Should I let the leaves go brown before lifting?. If I pick them before the leaves are brown does it matter? I could in some places pick them all now but not all the leaves have gone brown. Particularly thinking of dig up some that are getting a little large.

 And roasting them for dinner today. Now I am all hungary!

If you intend to use them immediately, you can lift them when you want.

If you intend to store them, I would leave them until they are completely dry and brown.
