I ordered some wilja second earlies last Sunday. I thought I would get in early as there is only one online shop in Belgium selling this variety. The site also warned it might take longer than usual to deliver goods owing to the current huge demand  (last year it took a month for my potatoes to arrive!).

Anyhow, they arrived today. A bit early. Will they keep until early March (which I supppose is the earliest I can plant them)? And what are the best storage conditions? Thanks in advance?

Coldish, but frost free and in the light. In the dark they tend to grow long shoots that break when you plant them. In the cold/light they make strong/small/green 'chits'. Mine are in the old brick 'outhouse'

Mid March for me, here - unless you have a greenhouse and could start a few in buckets for an earlier harvest?

They'll be absolutely fine - I rarely plant mine before April and would have collected them at about the end of January.
