Well at least it's that way round! Last year my young, but very large, male peacock insisted on behaving the same way with my little hens!! He completely covered them and when he got off, they just shook themselves and got on with rooting around!! He thinks he's a cockerel as he's been raised by the girls and spends most of his time with them...hence his hate towards the new cockerel...a bit of competition and smaller so he can be boss! One day he'll start looking at the peahen who does her best to attract his attention...do wish I could master this photo thing...one day I will!
