Conversation with a woman yesterday.    She was furloughed from early April and said how much she enjoyed being home and kept asking her employee to keep her off !!!    She started back to work about 2 weeks ago.
Yesterday, she said she was going in today, although it was not on her rosta, because she was being paid overtime for the day !!!!!!!           Mrs Bouquet

Presumably she doesn't work for the NHS then!
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

It is no great surprise there are people with that attitude, who think their is an infinite pot of money to pay them to stay at home and live a life of leisure. A bit like the annoying kids who seem to have decided that right outside my house is the only possible place to screech for several hours a day every day whilst I am trying to work from home, rather than use the five thousand square meters of playing field fifty meters away. I'm hoping either the kids go back to school in September and/or we have a flip to a locked in soaking wet weather pattern for the next six months. My estate used to be peaceful before several families with young kids moved in, now it is like living in the middle of a nursery every day.
