I've got three, year old, bags of ericaceous compost that I used a bit of to pot up some blueberries. I'm also very short of multi purpose compost to fill some new carrot and parsnip raised beds I've built.  Can I mix in the ericaceous compost with the multi purpose to bridge the shortfall, or will the carrots/parsnips not like it?  Can I use it on anything else, like spuds, beans, brassicas?

Definitely not the brassicas - they like lime/alkali.

You might get away with it for spuds. But I probably wouldn't.

I can't think of any veg that would like it, but if you have any raspberries, they would probably appreciate a light dressing of it.  I'm not sure about any other fruits, but I'm certain that someone on here will know.
