Good morning everyone.
 I have done 1000's of cuttings in my time of roses and shrubs, but, I have never done any clematis does anyone know how?
Or are they the same as I have done before, under a growth bud and above a growth bud at the top?.

They root better from intermodal cuttings.

I.'ve had good results with layering stems and pegging down with pebbles. Takes a year but relatively good results.
