Can anyone tell me what's wrong with the leaves please

Are they the same plants that had the aphids?

They was put in last year yes they had A couple caterpillars on them but I sprayed them

I wouldn't worry about it, it is probably just weather damage - it's been really horrible this year.
I'm just glad that I'm not outside like a plant

I had a few leaves like that on one of my plants earlier in the season. I pulled them off and gathered up a few that had already fallen and bunt them. Doesn't seem to have spread at all. I've no idea what it is but it looks fungal.

I'll eat my words, it does spread, it has caused all the leaves to drop on one branch of my espaliered goosberries and is starting to affect those around it.

It is likely to be Gooseberry Leaf Spot, a fungus as expected. It can also affect the currants. The only remedy I can find listed is Bordeaux Mixture but we can't use that. The other possibility is Anthracnose, again fungal with no available chemical cure.

Whichever it is, cleaning up and burning fallen leaves is recommended. Feed affected bushes and mulch ground to retain water

Shall I replace it with a new gooseberry bush

I think the fungus is likely to remain in the soil so not worth replacing the bush.

Keep the bush and do what others have said about clearing away fallen leaves.
