« on: May 19, 2016, 15:51 »
Hubby bought me one for the camillia tree as lovley as it it it sure makes a heck of a mess , it mashes it all up ready for the compost and as there is gravel all round the tree its a nightmare to get the flower heads and petals up and it wont take the gravel  .

No need you can go over the gravel it just drops out , beside the tree are 2 oblong shaped bushes and they get stuck behind them its a real pain as behind the bushes is a fence we gave it ago and its fab .

I have one which I use to collect and macerate leaves from the Recreation Ground. I then put them in a 1m3 pallet bin and press them down until the bin is full. There are some beech trees and the beech mast shells rattle around but then drop back down the pipe.
