Sorry, I was playing 'Devil's Advocate' with my comment.

As mumofstig says it is technically illegal to use but unlikely to be prosecuted and HSE's Enforcement Policy says any enforcement must be appropriate. Likewise in the other thread discussing the use of 'Copper oxychloride (Bayer Garden Fruit and Vegetable Disease Control)' although its use is technically banned any enforceent for its use has to also be appropriate. I hardly feel they can be too strict with someone using up what they have left if the product has only been phased out as its licence has not been renewed, it might be a different story if it was banned because it was found to be be harmful.
