Bought blackcurrant,redcurrant and a grape from wilko for a pound each would it be ok to put in pots in the green house and then when weather is better transplant out.

Pots are fine but I'd be tempted to leave the currants outside since you do not want to encourage soft growth.

No they are very hardy. I'd get them in ASAP, if you can't, just heel them in, (get the roots into a bit of ground even if they are very close & leaning over) & forget about the pots.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

All should be hardy and sold at ready to plant, only delay planting if frozen or waterlogged ground.
