check every night that they are settled in,it has time for mine to get used to going into the coop esp as mum died. Mavis, mum's previous chick,always stayed close to her and protected her from the others.
Also make sure there is more than 1 feeding and water stop.

The chick has been been quick in going into the coop herself. I had to lift her in on the first night only. The mother hen is still beside her in the run and is being bullied by one of the other RIR. I have been scattering food in the run area and there is food in most areas.

What I do if I have a hen picking on another is pick up the offender and carry it around, this establishes me as the cockerel.

I don't get in from work until after 5-30 pm and they are already in the coop. I only see them first thing in the morning when I open the pop hole. My wife is in during the day but she wouldn't be able to catch an aggressive hen. I am afraid they will just have to sort it out themselves.
