Preserving Wong Bok

I have some great plants coming along but I cant find any info on preserving them, can they be chopped/blanched and frozen as normal cabbage, cheers Dave
Today i will be mainly wearing no trousers

Yes it can. Try googling Napa cabbage. Or here's a link with some simple instructions
