Anyone got Chionodoxas in flower?
« on: March 23, 2015, 11:41 »
I just love these (also called Glory of the Snow). They come out just after the crocuses die down and are so heartening with their almost special blue colour and spread nicely too. In a while, I will dig some up along with the crocuses and move them so I can have them in other areas.

I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

Trying them for the first time this year (planted last Autumn). I have a mixed shrub / herbaceous border which is themed White & Blue.  No idea why I have not thought to plant them until now (in my defence we have not sort to have much Spring flowering colour in the bed, until now)
