One of my blueberry bushes has out grown its container. Am I OK to re-pot it now or should I wait until it is completely dormant; it still has some leaves on?

I'd go for it now, if it was mine. tease out those roots if they are bound.

Blueberries are great when grown in containers.

We moved our four into pots, and they thrived well, but then one decided to die back for some reason! Then we saw the tiniest shoot appearing, so we gave it all the TLC we could, and a new dose of fresh ericaceous compost and it's going to be fine now!

The colour at this time of year is also fantastic!

One was very prolific, so we just moved it into the conservatory to save netting it, and where we could just lean over and pick off a dozen or so when we wanted them!

I have four 60L containers each with a variety that produces berries at a different time. There is nothing better than going out in the morning and picking some to add to my breakfast cereal. It is impossible not to pop a few straight into  your mouth
