I am sure everyone's everything had or having a bumper crop this year...even the strawberry is still producing...

Does the weather confuse plants? what will it like next year?

Anyone experienced years like this? What should we expect?

It can be bad for plants that produce buds in the autumn that flower in the spring. If those things get confused and flower now, you lose next year's crop.

If it stays mild over winter it will mean another slugfest next spring, so I think I'll be trying some of the nemaslug stuff as soon as the soil warms up

Don't forget the snails Nobbie - don't forget the snails. The slugs up here were late comers to the party.
