has anybody actually got a good plan for sequential planting that is shareable and transferable to a spreadsheet perhaps?

It all depends what you want to grow I think.  Make a list of your "must have" crops.  Make a spreadsheet with the months as columns, and block out rows with the growing and harvest period of your chosen crops.  Then find some more crops to fill in the gaps.  There is lots of advice online about what order to grow different crop groups, but you don't have to follow this so long as you realise WHY it is recommended and provide each crop with the conditions it likes. Then juggle the rows around until you have a sequence.

Then try and follow it for a year and completely re-write it!
