rusty rhubarb leaves

I noticed this morning my new Livingstone rhubarb plant has like a rusty coloured edge around its edges. One leaf is completely discoloured. My other rhubarb is completely untouched. Should I re-pot it in fresh multicompost?

I'd just make sure it's properly fed and watered - can it be planted out in the ground?
