Spring come early???

Well, most of my young hens are now laying - despite the dark nights and surprisingly having a surfeit of eggs at the mo - no probs selling them though. Even more surprisingly have a rather silly hen whos' broody :shock: Anyone else got a broody hen yet?? (I did tell her to pull herself together and start laying  :lol:  :lol: )

No broodies yet but mine are laying more than I have ever known in January.
And, we went for a walk on New Year's Day and saw 2 daffodils in bloom (in North Wales). Is this a record?

I'm in Leicesster and saw some Daffs in flower yesterday.

I have  green shoots of the daffs popping up.....and the days are getting longer -fractionally that is :lol:  :lol:
