Potato growth - problem ?

My Pentland Javelin earlies were going well, earthed up, and when they came through again ... noticed some 'blotching' on the leaves of some plants. pics below ...
Is this anything to worry about, and anything I need to treat.

The frost of a few evenings ago may have gone just below the surface and nipped them.
