Seeing other threads about poor germination of sweet peas, mine did nothing, then I got one coming up but was very slow to grow. I decided to take the pot out of the GH and now I have 3-4 showing. Am I too late or what?

nope, not too late 
Your flowers will just be later, but usually, it's still worth the wait

GG - mine have also just started to germinate - they are just about peeking above the compost.

Phew - thank goodness for that! I didn't do any last year and I so missed picking them for the house.

Monty Don did an experiment on Gardners World and basically he grew plants in three batches from a late Autumn sowing, a early Spring and late Spring. One of the batches was quite poor, but in general the message was that nature compensates and flowers are still prolific and wonderful if conditions are right, they just flowered at different times!
