We had a major theft on the site last year, bolt croppers saw the site padlock off, the theives drove a big van in and went through about 60 plots and sheds. Luckily although they went through mine nothing was taken, some guys had £2000's worth taken, i guess people got complacent with leaving gear up there.

We are beefing up the site padlock and just suggesting not to keep petrol equipment up there, sad state of affairs but theres nothing more you can do.

Not securing your shed is a good idea imo as they'll only assume you have goodies to nick and smah it to get in.
