I had wondered about these, though I would worry about annoying the neighbours - if I can hear them I guess other people can too!
I do wonder if I could cannabilise one of these to activate my extractor fan...

I've not used that particular one but have others. I can't hear them but one of my kids says they can. They have worked for cats and foxes but not rabbits. You do have to keep moving them around as cats do work out how to avoid them and they are only effective if they have a clear line of sight.

Unfortunately not an option as they come in overnight
Guess I will have to fence it ! most of it is done but they are coming in through the old chicken run where the wire isn't a small enough mesh to stop them

If you fence it remember to bury some of the fence as rabbits can dig.
