Can you follow early peas by runner beans?

It's a silly question probably, but might as well ask.
Can I follow early peas with runner beans in the same place?
I have my own cement mixer and not afraid to use it!!

You could, but runner beans have quite a long growing period so I'd worry that they wouldn't get sufficiently established to give a worthwhile crop.

How about dwarf beans instead?

Either way, make sure you re-fertilise the area.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
