Thanks again Yorkie. Instinct told me to but I hadn't got the confidence.

How long can a spud chit for then before they go bad?

If their delivered in December (like someone said) and not planted until
April/May what will happen to them over a 4 month period?
When weeding, the best way to know if its a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull it.

If it comes out easy, it was a valuable plant !

In cool (but frost-free) conditions and in daylight (but not direct sunshine which will cause them to shrivel quicker) they will chit slowly and keep in plantable condition for many months.
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

One of the best things about being an orang-utan is the fact that you don't lose your good looks as you get older
