Voodoo Lilies
« on: August 12, 2013, 18:16 »

Or at least I think they are!  We bought a bulb from Chelsea F/S ages ago watched it bloom, plonked it in a spare bit of ground and now (although we havent seen any blooms they are springing up in various places in among our veggie raised beds.   We don't want to eradicate it (far fromit) but we would like to move it/them to somewhere suitable.   Any suggestions gratefully considered.

Cheers,   Tony.

It sounds like the original spike set a good crop of seeds and now you are reaping the benefits  :D

You could move them somewhere slightly shady all together if you can stand the smell of their flowers en masse -- they would look spectacular

You didn't see the wedding courtage didja!   I'll mark their position and mid winter I'll dig em up.  I love 'em for their unusuallness!  If anyone knows of other plants?

Cheers,   Tony.
