How long does a broken wing take to heal?

Daisy was caught by a fox 12 days ago and sustained a broken wing, we have bound it up and she is doing well despite keep pecking at bandage.  However we do not know how long to keep it on.  We have read 2 weeks or 2 months on different sites. I cannot believe it is 2 months as a broken bone only takes 6 weeks to heal!

Some advise would be most welcome

Hi Maria, I think this is one for the vet.  You have to remember what they use their wings for and the pressure taken on small bones.  It may be that the break will not heal depending on what type of break it is.
