Hi, we have some fish for the hens it is cooked. Is it ok for them to eat the fish bones & fish heads?

I think that you cannot give any food prepared in your kitchen to your chickens

Prod is right.  Most people are already aware that it is illegal to feed anything which has been in your kitchen to your poultry but we are obliged to point it out.  We have to be careful not to appear to be inciting people to break the law whether we agree with it or not or the site owners can find themselves in trouble.

Ok, well it was already cook from the fishmonger. It is in the bin now, hen's did not get it.

I give my girls tuna from a tin they love it. I open the tin outside so its not been in the kitchen!!!
