crispy leaves on my spuds

good evening just been to my plot discovered on my spuds some of the leaves have gone brown and burnt looking they have been under hoops and plastic sheeting for a couple of days is this frost or sun damage and will they recover thx.

They shouldn't have got frosted under plastic.
So, If you've had the bright sunshine for the last few days - I would suspect that they had condensation on them from being under the plastic and got frazzled when the sun came out. Can't win can you  :nowink:

Either way they should recover  :)

yes your right there i would have covered them with fleece but dident have any wide enough typical :(
