Hi All
My mange tout have started to come through, they have been sown in paper tubes.
My question is...can they be put out in the cold frame now and planted out in a week or so.....will they withstand some frost?

Stick them in there. They'll stand a bit of cold overnight.

It the prolonged day and night freezing temps they don't appreciate.

Mine have been out in a cold frame for about a week after germinating and just emerging indoors. Growth is very slow but better that than getting soft and leggy. As soon as the weather gets warmer they will grow. Once the first leaves have opened up they will be planted out, cold or not.
