Anyone have a tried and tested recipe without using masa harina ?

I tried a couple of cornmeal recipes I found after a quick gurrgle yesterday but none were much good.

They don't have to have true masa harina, which is more of a Mexican corn flour blend. Any corn flour will do if you specifically want corn tortillas.

I prefer whole wheat tortillas myself - just substitute wheat flour for corn.
