I bought 2 POLs last August, a Copper Maran & a Welsummer. They were new to the flock at first so stayed together quite a bit. Now the Maran, Moira, is well in with the cockerel and has been laying since december (though I have a job finding them sometimes)  The Welsummer is very timid now and is still nervous of the others and hasnt started laying yet though her comb is deep red.  Should I just give her a bit more time???

yes she will lay when she is ready, different birds even if the same breed start to lay at different times so no rush
