Silkie cross, Mo hatched 3 pekin chicks 4 weeks ago. They have been in their small coop/run in the large area where the others roam so that they can get used to each other. I was so wary letting them out as have two handsome sablepoot boys and thought they might not accept babies. Lopez is, however the perfect gentleman dancing attendance on Mo and dropping food for her and the chicks. He obviously thinks he's the daddy! All seem to be getting on famously. Phew!
