I have to agree,what is it & what happened to it?

all the leafs are steel on it thay are dried up brown but not drop off

Do you know what tree it is?Beech trees keep the leaves on when they die off in the Autumn, but I can't tell from the photo what it is. Have you got any close ups of it.

Has the tree tipped over and pulled the roots out on one side, or snapped the stem, cos it's leaning at a crazy angle?

At this time of year it looks like it's had a bit too much Christmas cheer. That or a car hit it.

With the amount of rain we've had recently and the high winds- trees are liable to blow over easily
now

were i live its windy it not beech over the years that's wot the wind blown it side ways i think its a pussy Wilow iv had it for 8 years it been ok since this hot summer this is wot it looks like now it dont look right
