Over wintering peppers
« on: October 19, 2012, 12:09 »
Has anyone any experience of over wintering sweet  pepper plants.

I thought thats since they take so long to grow from seed that I would bring a few plants inside and put on a window ledge for the winter. Should  I remove the flowers and the tiny peppers that have no chance of growing before winter?-to conserve the plants energy.

I thought that this would give me a headstart next spring when I could take it back into the greenhouse.
