Never made it but Moniack Wineries in Inverness make a pretty tasty drop.  One of the better country white wines IMHO.

I have a recipe somewhere   :?  if I can find it I'll post it up for you. It's in an old wine circle book I have.

:lol:  Had a quick look in my book of "ideas" that I right down, only have a basic recipe for it.
Wines for fresh, dried flowers, leaves and  sap
1 gal of sap
1lb chopped raisins or sultanas
10 oz sugar
lactose (sweetner)
yeast
Specific Gravity to 1.084

All this from a tee totaler   :lol:
