My sister has asked for a yearly planting/veggy calendar for her birthday.

I would like to buy a wall chart type thing that has the planting and harvesting times on it, like a work holiday chart.

Does anyone know where I can buy one?

I've seen quite a slinky planting planner with a slider for Last/First frost date and that adjusts the planting of tender things to X-weeks from Frost date.  I think it was American though, and dunno how applicable it si.  Your Sister wouldn't exactly be able to hang it on her wall either I'm afraid ...

Not a calendar, but I found this book helpful:

Allotment Month by Month by Alan Buckingham. Although John's books are loads cheaper, this one is £10.59 on Amazon with free delivery.

It tells you what to sow, what to plant and when. Also gives you a list of jobs to do during each month and lovely colour pictures. Maybe not advanced enough for many but I'm a beginner so I liked it
