I'm not usually in the habit of boiling up babies  :D

Ah so it's really just about beetroot then and nothing to do with babies. :D

Really sad just finished the last jar, this years arn't ready yet.

I did some in the tunnel which have been great, they are just starting to run out and the outdoor ones are almost ready. Happy beetroot days to come  :)

My beetroots aren't ready yet either.  I expect the baby will be ready before the beets are (due 27th of August).

Cheese and beetroot is a marriage made in heaven...for a non meat eater!

Any beetroot would do at the moment, I'm feeling deprived with all this talk.

But I have to agree that there is nothing better than a bowl of barely warm freshly boiled beets in front of the telly! :D
